Hi, my name is Viviana Cardozo, I am bilingual Journalist living in California with my 5-year-old son.
I am a latin mom who enjoys writing about travel, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship. Over the past few years, I have had the pleasure of working on campaigns for the Colombian Ministry of Tourism, private tourism companies, and a variety of well-known brands throughout Latin America, Europe, and the US.
In Viva La Mama women can find inspiration to get out of their comfort zone and realize that having kids it’s not an excuse to not travel, learn new things or start a new business.
I studied Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota. I was a touristic ambassador for IDT (District Institute of Tourism) in Bogotá.
In 2010, I was a Coordinator of Development Internships in AIESEC, for students from different universities across the world who were volunteers at NGOs in Colombia. Also, I was a volunteer in Conciencia Social Colombia, an NGO that works with refugees.
I am a former Director of Communication for Comusica SACI. At the time it was part of El Magazin de la Radio in Todelar.
