Dia de Los Muertos in Los Angeles was held at Hollywood Forever cemetery. Even though Dia de Los Muertos is an especial celebration in Mexico, the Angelinos celebrated with music, food, and altars. Then, people in Los Angeles have the opportunity to remember and commemorated the life of family and friends that died. “El Dia de Los Muertos,” is celebrated by people of Mexican ancestry living in other places, especially the United States.
I had one of the most amazing nights of my life, because, in Colombia, we don’t celebrate “El Dia de Los Muertos.” Was an amazing experience to see the beautiful art and kinda interesting visiting the cemetery at night.
The photographies were taken during my walk to the concert of Aterciopelados.
Some families were there with the pictures of their family and were an intense but exciting experience.
